言葉で説明するよりも、図の方が分かりやすいと思うので、ざっくりとしてはいますが、示すと以下の通りになります。仕事と株式キチガイのような1日なので、一生続けるつもりはありません。
仕事のある日のルーティン
アラフィフ独身で、家事は母親がやってくれているので、家事はやらずに済んでいます。例え1人だったとしても、食事は、グラノラとコンビニ食事でまかなうので、やる事が増えるのは、洗濯位かと。
通勤時には、ポチポチポイント貯めやスマホゲームをやりながら、息抜きしています。
仕事か株式取引か株式情報の取得にほぼ費やしてしまっているので、他の事はあんまやっていないですね（苦笑）。
仕事の無い日のルーティン
父親は、要介護者なので、日々の面倒は母親がやっていますが、病院に連れて行ったり、入浴などの対応については、必要に応じて、別途しています。
※父は2023年、他界しました。今は母親と2人で生活しています。
AbemaTV/TVer/GYAO等でアニメの見逃し配信を見る事が唯一の楽しみという所。後はブログ作成や株式情報のチェック時等に、Youtube上の音楽を聴きながらやっているので、負荷はそれほどかかっていませんね（仕事だったらできませんからね・・）。
※ブログ作成は、この所、株式投資の分析にかける時間を増やす事にした為、週一で1週間の総括／月１で1ヶ月の総括だけをアップしています。
これをずっと続けていけるのかどうかはわかりません。多分無理だと思っています。やれるだけやってみようという所ですね。
