初日から幸先の良いスタートとなりましたね。ダウ、S&P500、日経平均共に上昇となりました。ただナスダックだけは下落という結果でした。しかし、今年はYouTubeに投稿されている投資家の意見の多くが難しい年と分析していますので、充分注意を払って取引をしていきたいと思います。あまり大きく狙わずに細かく取引しながら、何か変わった事があったら、すぐにでも逃げられる準備をしておく事が大事かもしれませんね。

そんな初日から、あまり景気の良くないニュースですみませんが、昨年から引っ張っている中国の恒大不動産問題がついに、株式取引中止になったとのニュースが入ってきました。これにより、株式は紙くず？になってしまうのでしょうか？何よりも元本の償還や従業員や下請けの賃金の支払いも滞ってくると、今後の社会影響が出てくるのは必至かと思われますね。

そしてもう1つ気になる点が、アメリカ10年債がこっそり1.6％台に上がってきている事です。こないだまで1.4～1.5％辺りをウロウロしていたはずなのが、気が付くと、スッと上げているという、これが次々と上がっていくと、企業への足かせになってくるかと思われますね。特に有利子負債額が多い銘柄は気を付けておきましょう。
