コロナに振り回された１年でした。コロナに始まり、コロナに終わった１年となりますね。緊急事態宣言を宣言/解除を繰り返し、さんざん冷や水を浴びせられた方も多々いると思います。そして、又オミクロン株の発生でどうやら年末もこれで終わった感が出てますね。メジャーな投資家達の評論によるとオミクロン株は大した事はないとの見解ですが、大したことないからと言って、緊急事態宣言やまん延防止等の規制が入れば、観光業、飲食業、娯楽業には少なからず影響は出ますし、客の動きも鈍くなることは必然ですよね。だとしたら、期待ができるものではないという事かと思っています。私の友人に今年の忘年会について聞いてみた所、やらないという答えがほとんどでした（オミクロン株が出る前に既に決定済）。まだまだ、コロナの影響は日本ではかなり残っていると考えるべきだと思います。しっかりとした対策ができるまでは、苦境が続きそうです。

日本では、コロナ直撃時にはテレワークの推進を進めてきたが、ここ最近、一段落したことを受けて、元の出勤形態へのワーキングスタイルに戻す動きが出始めている。せっかく、常時出勤のワークスタイルからの脱却が見え始めていたのに、元に戻すという動きが日本の産業の出遅れ感として否めない。元の状態に戻してしまっては、今後も起こりうるコロナやその他の感染症への対策が遅れる事になるし、全面的にテレワークでなくても、新しい仕事の形態として、積極的に取り入れてほしいと思う。毎日、会社に行くだけが仕事ではないはず・・・。
